Crown Rewards Membership Tiers and Status Credits
Our Crown Rewards program features five membership levels: Member, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Black. Each tier provides its own combination of recognition, personalised offers and privileges across participating casino facilities, hotels, restaurants, bars and entertainment venues. Benefits and eligibility rules may vary between Crown Melbourne, Crown Perth and Crown Sydney.
How Crown Rewards Status Credits Work
Status Credits determine a member’s Crown Rewards tier and are separate from Crown Rewards Points. Points can be redeemed for eligible experiences, while Status Credits track progress towards a higher membership level. Members automatically receive Status Credits after accumulating the required number of eligible Casino, Hotel, Food and Beverage, Retail or Events and Conferences Points.

Crown Rewards Member Tier
Member is our starting Crown Rewards level. It provides access to Point earning at participating facilities and introduces members to personalised promotions, selected restaurant pricing, birthday offers and entertainment opportunities. Eligible members can also unlock parking privileges by meeting the applicable Point requirement during their visit.

Crown Rewards Gold Tier

When Crown Rewards Tiers Are Reviewed
Our Crown Rewards membership cycle runs for 12 months and is reviewed on 1 October. The review considers the Status Credits earned during the preceding membership cycle. Members who reach the requirement for a higher tier before the annual review can be upgraded during the cycle, while those who do not retain the required number of Status Credits may be reassigned to the appropriate tier at the review date.
Status Credits support tier progression but are not a payment method and cannot replace Crown Rewards Points. Available privileges remain subject to participating facilities, capacity, membership conditions and destination-specific requirements.
Frequently Asked Questions
Status Credits apply to the 12-month Crown Rewards membership cycle in which they are earned. Our annual tier review considers the credits collected during that cycle, so members need to meet the relevant requirement to maintain their current status for the next period.
Yes. If a member does not earn the minimum number of Status Credits required to retain a tier, we may reassign the account to the appropriate level at the end of the membership cycle. The annual tier review takes place on 1 October.
Members can be upgraded whenever they accumulate the Status Credits required for a higher Crown Rewards tier. This means progression does not need to wait until the annual review, although Black membership remains available by invitation only
Redeeming Crown Rewards Points does not directly lower a membership tier because Points and Status Credits have different functions. Points are used towards eligible Crown experiences, while Status Credits determine tier progression during the membership cycle.
No. Crown Rewards privileges can vary according to a member’s designated Home Property and the participating facilities at each destination. Some benefits may apply only at Crown Melbourne, Crown Perth or Crown Sydney, and membership status does not automatically guarantee access to every area of a Crown property.
